Customer Success Manager - LATAM
At deRecruiters we are working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform for customer messaging and communication automation. They're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts end to end, from onboarding through advanced platform usage.
Responsibilities
Run daily Zoom calls with customers: onboarding, training, troubleshooting, weekly check-ins.
Prepare for every call: review account usage and open items beforehand, arrive with an agenda, close with owners and dates.
Own a portfolio of accounts end to end and be accountable for every open item until closure.
Monitor account data proactively (usage, credits per message, response and conversion rates) and act on anomalies before the customer notices.
Build and maintain light configuration: sequences, campaigns, segments, and simple automations.
Coordinate Deployment Engineers on complex builds and chase that work to completion.
Guide customers on best practices and push back constructively when a request is the wrong approach.
Detect and escalate churn risk, competitor mentions, and expansion signals the same day.
Communicate status proactively: the customer should never have to chase for an update on an unresolved item.
What we are looking for:
Ownership & follow-through — has driven a messy, cross-team problem to full resolution before, not just escalated and waited (most important trait)
Strong English communication — confident and clear on Zoom; fast, professional written communication
Proactive by default — flags and acts on issues before being asked; not purely inbound-reactive
Data literacy — reads account data naturally, brings metrics into every update, checks the report before the call
Customer-facing experience — has run onboarding/implementation/success calls; comfortable disagreeing with a customer respectfully
Technical curiosity (conceptual) — picks up new software fast; can talk basics of integrations and data syncs; hands-on SaaS config experience (CRM, marketing automation, ATS, workflow tools) valued over a degree
Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience, including monthly performance bonuses, WeWork membership, and more.
Hiring process:
